Devices that upgrade to iOS 10 Beta may be flagged in AirWatch as compromised

Symptoms

Devices that upgrade to iOS 10 Beta may be flagged in AirWatch as compromised.  This affects devices that are using any AirWatch productivity applications.  Any compliance policy created to act on compromised devices will take effect, including an Enterprise Wipe if Compromised Protection is enabled under Settings > Apps > Settings and Policies > Security Policies.

Resolution

AirWatch is working to resolve this issue before iOS 10 becomes publicly available. End users can downgrade to the latest public release of iOS 9 for their devices to report compromised status appropriately.

If a device updates to iOS 10 before updating all affected applications and is marked as compromised, then that device must update all affected applications and send a beacon back to the console in order to revert the status back to uncompromised.  A beacon can be manually sent to the console by opening any application that contains the AirWatch SDK.
