This issue affects devices that have been enrolled through the AirWatch Container and is using AirWatch Inbox. If a device is un-enrolled and then re-enrolled into AirWatch Container, the email profile will not be properly configured within AirWatch Inbox 2.5.5. This issue does not affect devices that are enrolled into AirWatch Container for the first time.
This issue has been given identifier AEC-183862. Our product team has been engaged and is working on a resolution.
This issue can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling AirWatch Inbox from an affected device after it is enrolled in AirWatch.
