CMDM-198491: Re-installation of AirWatch apps as a managed app causes HMAC to be deleted - Resolved in AirWatch 8.2.4

Symptoms

If any of the AirWatch applications (Agent, Content Locker, Inbox, Browser) are installed as a managed application and initialized once, on re-installation of the managed application, it loses the HMAC token. This causes issues with authentication in the application. 

 

Resolution

This issue has been given identifier CMDM-198491. The issue has been resolved with AirWatch 8.2 Feature Pack 4 and AirWatch 8.3.
