SaaS environments on AIrWatch 8.2 are currently experiencing intermittent performance issues with smart group assignment. This is affecting newly enrolled devices from being assigned the proper profiles and configurations in a timely manner. These profiles may not be immediately pushed to devices upon enrollment.
As a temporary workaround, navigate to the Smart Group Details page of the appropriate smart group and re-save the assignment. The assignment will automatically be updated and applied to all currently enrolled devices.
