ISCL-173459: Users unable to open iOS Content Locker when iPad language is set to Spanish before enrollment - Resolved in iOS Content Locker 3.0

Symptoms

Users are unable to open iOS Content Locker when iPad language is set to Spanish prior to enrollment. They receive the following error code, which should show up for incorrect/null userID or location group information:

“80002”

 

This affects iOS Content Locker v2.6.

Resolution

This issue has been given identifier ISCL-173459.  This issue has been resolved in iOS Content Locker 3.0.
