CMAM-171797: B2B applications not installing on iOS 9 devices - Resolved in iOS 9.3.2

Symptoms

B2B applications are not installing on iOS 9 devices. The license is being assigned properly, however, the device shows the following error message when attempting the installation:

“The iTunes Store ID of the application could not be validated.”

 

Workaround

Users should be able to manually install these apps if they are listed in the Purchase History.

Resolution

This issue has been given identifier CMAM-171797. This issue has been resolved in iOS 9.3.2.
