CMDM-189279: User/Device batch import gets status of obsolete - Resolved in AirWatch 8.1

Symptoms

Batch Import intermittently breaks, causing all batches to go to obsolete status. Actively running batch imports do not complete successfully.

Workaround

For On Premise environments, you can restart the bulk import service. For SaaS environments, notify AirWatch support for further troubleshooting steps.

Resolution

This issue has been given identifier CMDM-189279. This issue has been resolved in version 8.1 of the AirWatch Admin Console.
