Exchange email is not automatically configured in the native client when profile is pushed to LG G4 devices.
- User is prompted to setup email and enter credentials.
- They are taken back to the agent without being prompted to complete the email setup.
- If the email profile is re-applied, the user is prompted to setup email and enter credentials.
Profiles utilizing the AirWatch Inbox will configure correctly for LG G4 devices.
This issue has been given identifier AAGNT-174933. LG has pushed out an updated version of the OS to carriers that should resolve the issue.
