For some users, the iOS AirWatch Agent 5.0.1 prompts for the user to enter a passcode even though there isn’t any authentication mode configured on the Airwatch Web Console.
Select Forgot Passcode and authenticate with the user's username and password. This should be a one time workflow and the user should not receive subsequent prompts. Alternatively, deleting the AirWatch Agent application and re-downloading it from the App Store or from the Enterprise App Catalog resolves the issue.
This issue has been given identifier ISDK-167424. This issue has been resolved with iOS Agent v5.0.2
