Remote Management not certified for Android N

Android N is expected to be released soon. The Remote Management solution is quickly preparing for this exciting release. 

The AirWatch Remote Management product team has begun the certification process and discovered items that will be targeted for resolution in the next release of the Remote Management service for Android. Until that release, the known issues are listed below. This list is by no means comprehensive and the testing is on-going. 

Important: VMware AirWatch is preparing Remote Management version 3.0 for its end-of-life event, including last order date, availability, and support. Known Issues

  • Process Manager only listing processes relating to or derived from the Remote Management process (tracked under RUGG-272)
  • File Manager not listing any files on the device (tracked under RUGG-272)
  • Device Reboot command not being executed correctly in all cases (tracked under RUGG-272)
