Work Item status now available in My Workspace ONE

Work Item Status now available in My Workspace ONE

The VMware Workspace ONE Team is excited to announce that administrators can now look up the status of any work items tied to their support requests directly via My Workspace ONE.

You will know an existing support request is tied to a work item by the icon highlighted in the left column of the My Tickets view, as shown below.


Opening one of these requests will display the current status of the associated work item.  When a new version of a product that contains the appropriate fix is released, that version will be specified, as shown below.
